You can’t ask for help if you don’t know what you need. That’s something I had to learn the honest way.
There was a project I’d been praying over, working hard on, and dreaming up for months. I had the vision. I had the energy. But suddenly, I hit a wall—a moment where the next step wasn’t about trying harder… it was about asking smarter.
I needed a phone number. It sounds so simple, right? But the website only had an email, and I needed answers now. So, I did something new—I asked AI to find the number. And guess what? It did. I made the call, got what I needed, and kept going.
That moment reminded me that sometimes, help is just a question away.
But as the project moved forward and negotiations got real, I found myself staring at a contract with more questions than answers.
Is this standard?
Am I reading this right?
Should I be asking for more?
I tried researching. I asked friends. But there came a moment when I realized—this wasn’t a time to guess. This was a time to invest. So, I hired a lawyer.
And friend, it changed everything. He answered every question with clarity, gave me language I didn’t have, and most of all, gave me the confidence I needed to walk forward.

The Truth About Help
Sometimes help is free—like a blog post, a YouTube video, or an encouraging conversation with a friend. But often, the kind of support that brings you to the next level requires investment. And that’s not a bad thing. In fact, that’s wise stewardship.
We serve a God who is our source—but He often uses people as channels.
Mentors. Coaches. Experts. Community.
We don’t have to walk into new territory alone.
But before you find help, you have to get clear.
What is the outcome you want?
What kind of support do you need?
Where are you stuck, and what would change if someone guided you?

You Don’t Need to Be the Expert in Everything
You just need to know what your next step is—and who’s already walked it.
As women, we often carry the pressure to know it all, do it all, and figure it all out with no mistakes. But growth doesn’t come from perfection. Growth comes from humility. From realizing we don’t have to fake it or force it—we can ask, seek, knock. And God will open the door, often through the wisdom of someone who’s a few steps ahead.
Whether you’re navigating business deals, motherhood, your finances, or your next God-sized dream:
You are not meant to do this alone.
Your calling is too important to be left to chance.Your vision is too valuable to stay stuck. And your time is too precious to waste on spinning your wheels.
So, take the next brave step:
Ask for help. Find the mentor. Hire the guide. Join the group.
It might cost something—but staying stuck will cost you far more.
